Defending a 20 year old debt that was refiled
I got a judgement against us on Sept. of this year by the courts for a debt that was a loan (2nd mortgage) from 20 years ago. This statement of claim was severed to us back in June 1990. We just received all the information last week and today are receiving the remainder of the information. What our are rights and who can we get to help with this matter?
