    What do you do when the person making the abusive calls is your sister in law
    SISter in law is making abusive phone calls and husband won't do anything because he doesn't have proof. How do we get proof?

    It shouldn't be that hard.

    How do you know it's your sister in law? Obviously there's a reason that you're claiming it's here. So what's the reason? Is it a hunch, caller ID?

    You say that it's her, so you must have proof of that. If not, then no, you don't know that it's her, and your husband is right.

    How are you so sure that it's her? I mean, I don't know one way or the other but we need to know how you are so sure.
