Heating unit works for a short while then goes from warm air to cool air
I can turn the thermostat up when I come in, it will start warm them go to blowing cool air from vents. I haven't tried cleaning the burner or check the flame sensor, where would it be and what does it look like

The new goodman (2 ton,dsz) will not go to cool (reversing valve gets stuck somewhere and the replacement was suggested), but it has no problem doing a proper defrost. Thus I question the decision to replace the valve on the outside unit. Please explain.
