Sleep number bed will not lower head.
My sleep number bed is stuck with the head in the full upraised position. When the remote is pressed the lower the head, the motor runs, but the head does not move. Foot section works normally. How do I trouble shoot the motor?

Sounds more like a transmission or coupling issue rather than the motor. Have you tried their hotline or live chat?

I been scratching my head a lot when I get in the bed. Drives me crazy. I get up and go brush my hair and these little things go in the sink. Some look like they have legs and others a reddish color that looks burnt, when I look at them with a mignifier. What could it be.

Sleep number mattress [ 4 Answers ]

I am considering getting a new mattress. I now have a waterbed, I was thinking of a Serta perfect sleeper or a Tempur-pedic, but have heard that the sleep number mattress is the way to go. Do anyone have any pro and cons on these.
