    Do Keigle excersices really work?
    I'm not sure what this exercise really does or what its suppose to help.:o

    When my wife had our children the doctor advise her of doing the Keigle to strengthen her uterine muscles, Well she did not and for the next 25 years of her life , every time she sneezed, she would pee. I have a new girl in my life that is 50 yrs old. And when she is at work standing around she tightens up her butt and vaginal through out the day. Maybe up to two hours a day, 5 days a week. She never pee's when she sneezes. Not I don't want to sound like a pervert, but she has the tightest vagina I have ever experience when it comes to love making, She enjoys it more than me. I would say YES! YES! YES! It does HELP

    Yes they work for me. After I had my son who is 18 months, I had the same issues as tommeitz wife and the Keigle excersices are working for me. I notice a difference when I have sex with my fiancé now too. It was kind of hard for me to do at first but the more you do it the easier it is.
