I Hook Up My Ceiling Fan It Works Fine But When I Tried To Turn The Switch From The Wall Off It Does Not Do Anything Is It Because Of The Red Wire From The Celing

It could be a switch leg. Try to change the black wire to the red wire and see if your switch works. NOTE I did not say to put the black and red together.

Two switches could mean one for light the other for fan.

If the 2 switches are together on the wall, one switches power to the black, and the other to the red. The same white wire completes both circuits. Such double switches are used to control a fan and a light, or 2 sections of lights.

If the switches are on opposite walls, they are meant for either to control the fan. In that case, there would need to be an additional 3 wire cable at the light. Red and black are hot wires, white a neutral that completes the circuit and the bare insures any shorts quickly pop the breaker. The bare wire should be connected to metal boxes, metal housings, switch frames, and any other metal that is never supposed to be hot.

The red and black wires are both "hot." One of them is coming from the switch, the other bypasses the switch and is a constant hot connection. This allows the fan to be controlled from the fan, and the light from the wall. That way they can be controlled independent of each other.
