Moving on from an ex boyfriend
Well about 2 months ago my on and off boyfriend of a year and a half broke up with me and I think this time for good. His reason was because "I have feelings for him that he doesn't have for me and he doesn't want to string me along for something that may never happen". This isn't the first time he's broken up with me and every time we break up, it's always him that comes back to me. But I believe we're broken up for good this time. And I know it's been two months but I can't seem to let him go, even though I'm pretty sure he's not thinking about me. And yes I have cut all contact with him no Facebook no texting no calling etc. but I still can't seem to get him out of my head. I'm also leaving for college in January and for some strange reason I'm scared to leave, I don't know if I'm scared to leave him or what because we're not even together and will never be anymore. I just want to be happy at the fact that I get to go to the school I've been wanting to go for years, but I can't because I'm still stuck here sad about my ex. And the bad thing is that I know I loved him but he even told me himself that he doesn't love me and I don't understand why when I did everything for him and was always there for him. It just hurts so bad to love someone who doesn't love you back. How do you get over it. And just a side note the stress about school is adding more stress with getting over my ex. I just want to be happy for myself but I don't know how when I'm trying to get over him and still heartbroken over it... Please any advice or help out there?

Its good that you cut off all contact with him. Now you should try hanging out with friends or dating someone else or doing something that will keep you busy and that will take your mind off him.
