After ordering chinese food from a local restaurant I found a chicken foot in it.
I picked up the piece of what I thought was sesame chicken, and attempted to bite into it only to be stabbed in the gums by what felt like a claw. I looked at the item and discovered that it is a chicken foot glazed in sesame sauce. I did not order that. I immediately pull my car over and vomited outside the door. Is this a lawsuit?

No... chicken feet are actually a delicacy that is eaten in much of the world. If it was something that should not be eaten it would be different.

Distasteful to our pallet and inedible are different things.

Obviously... however it was chicken and not a foreign object... just not the expected part.

A human finger or a small rodent would have been much different.
