Hi,

I am currently in the USA on a H4. My wife is working on a H1-B visa here. I am on long leave currently.

My current employer from India is now ready to file for my L1-B visa .

Can a COS be done in this case or do I need to go back to India and then the L1 visa stamped and then get back to USA.

Also if there is a COS that can be done, will there be an interview ?
