    Girl movie, runaway, Joan of Arc Symbolism, 80
    Girl is in neighborhood surf shop, owner forces self on her and she fights back but runs away scared. He accuses her of attacking/robbing him and she is now on the run. Cuts her beautiful blond hair short, wears surfer outfit and pretends to kidnap a guy on video for randsom with his help. All the girls idolize her and mimick her look. Some time in the 80's or 90's.

    Has Joan of Arc as symbolism during most of movie and possibly in title but can't find it for some reason online.
