    Have a fear of vomiting
Well I have this huge fear of vomiting ,its really bad .It all started when I was younger and experienced somebody vomiting around me and ever since then I have been getting panic attacks ,practically over vomit . If I ever get a little pain in my stomach I immediately start to panic and think what if I get sick ,cause I hate it so so much . I panic also if someone gets sick near me or if someone feels sick .
Anyway these panic attacks have been gone for quite a long time but just a week ago my sister vomitted and a while later when I went to go to sleep I started to panic and made my stomach upset, then it led to what if I get sick and I started to sweat really bad ,shaking ,heart beating fast and that I couldn't breathe . I couldn't sleep that night ,and the next day it continued ,the panic got so extreme cause I still had an upset stomach ,but when I would relax I would try take deep breaths and clear my mind. This would last a few minutes until the panic returned.. It has got a little better over the week as it only happens during the night time now ? I would be fine during the day not thinking about it but as soon as I think about going asleep or the fear of night time itself I begin to panic and feel sick in my stomach and sweat.. I can't sleep anymore due to this and its really bothering me as I still fear of getting sick every time I go to sleep :(
    What can help me?

Talk to one or both of your parents and ask them to take you to a doctor. You are probably covered by their insurance anyway, so they have to know.

There is a fairly simple fix for this, but you have to be willing to make the first move.
