Severe pain in feet when skating

I'm 45 and have recently started roller skating after about two laps I get a burning sharp pain in both of my feet.It feels like it's in my arches and sometime goes up the sides of my legs.I have tried stretches heat ice and taping. Taping is the only thing that really helps.
