Ok , Im a 16 year old girl. And I'm pregnant! My mother wants me to kill it and I don't want to, so she's trying to make me have a miscarrige. I live in MD and my boyfriend is 18 which its legal to date him. First she tries to press charges against him and get him locked up. Then when I went to court I had to testify about something, and sje told the court I was being manipulative! She out to get me cause I won't abort my child, she told me she's going to get me locked up. So today she came home from work and told me I'm punished... I guess for being pregnant. But I told her I have to go to my ob gyn tomorrow and she told me no. I told her it wasn't healthly for me not go to the doctors. Then I went to my room and she followed me. She told me to give her the phone and laptop ny boyfriend bought me and I told her no. Then she got on the phone and told her boyfriend to take my bed out my room, and I can sleep on the floor. As she was on the phone she started screaming " GTF OFF ME!! DONT PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME " She wanted to make it seem like I was hitting her. So I stood up and told her get out my room cause she was crazy, then she choked me and I called the police. She made my little sister lie for her so she wouldn't get locked up, she told the police I tried to cut her. I really don't want to be here, the police can't help me, who can? She also came in my room and took my perscripton for my pernatal vitams. I feel neglected, and she always wins. She won't give me to foster care because she wants to make my life misable ! I feel so stressed and I don't want to stress cause of the baby. I was 121pds before I found out I was pregnant. Now I'm 103pds. Im so scared for my baby. If I go to foster care can my boyfriends parents adopt me? I just can't take it nomore. My family looks at me like I'm crazy because I try to tell them my mom use to abuse me when I was 10 , and now my she does it to my sister and she won't tell on my mom. Can anyone help me?

First of all, how are you able to post this if your mom took your computer and phone? Second, no, your boyfriend's parents can't adopt you if you go to foster care. It's not that easy. I'd there another family member you can stay with until your mom calms down? Remember, she is upset because you are pregnant at 16.

You can go to foster care if you prove your home unfit.

You have a computer, so it was not taken away.

She can not make you have an abortion.

If the police thought you had tried to cut her, then you would be in Juv detention, out of the house. So why did the police not take you?

Have you looked into a shelter ?

And yes it is not legal to date if your mom tells you no. At 18, she can have him arrested for dating you at this point

No , she took my laptop , but my phone was easier to hide so she couldn't find it. And she already told the police that my boyfriends 18 and they said its legal where we live and she can't do nothing about it except file a complaint.
