Rare 80`s/90's martial arts flick
I'm looking for the title for one extremely obscure american martial arts movie. Saw it when I was a kid. It involves a young man who just moved into a new town where he gets into trouble with the "popular guy" and his gang. He also attracts attention from him and his vixen girlfriend. At the same time he starts training in martial arts and also gets involved in street racing. He finally wins a very dangerous race, despite his car being sabotaged. He also chooses a mousy librarian girl over the foxy babe. Don't remember anything else, and I'll appreciate any help.
