    If you're sexually active it means that it's time to take a pregnancy test.

    It means you spotted and you are late.

    It can be a sign of a dozen possible issues, from infections, to STD's and of course pregnancy plus many others not named.

    But first guess would be to take a pregnancy test first thing in the morning with the first urine of the day
