Low AMH (1.7), high progesterone, mild PCOS
Hi, I'm 33 years old, married for 6 years, and recently found that my AMH level is 1.7 (very low fertility). Last month I got a 21day progesterone level of 11.9 without meds and got a faint BFP on the day of my missed period (a first for me after trying in the last 12 months) but bled the day after. :( this month I took clomid (days 2-6) and had a 24day prog of 57.3. I have been having ovarian pain and breast tenderness/twinges since 3DPO but no BFP today (15DPO), first missed period day. My hubby's semen analysis came out fine but not that great.

What do the symptoms mean? Could there be another reason why I'm not getting pregnant? My FSH was 2 (on day 21) last year. Is it possible that my uterus is not responding to the progesterone? How can I tell? I had an ultrasound done a few months ago (just a day before the expected period) that confirmed no presence of cysts or abnormality in my uterus except that it was very thin and is retroverted.

Please help. Doctor suggested IVF but since I got a BFP last month I am determined to try naturally first, that is if my low AMH can allow.

    Thank you so much.
