    Stuck drain snake
    I was using a manual drain snake to clear my tub drain, the clog is gone but I can't get the snake out , I can't afford a plumber Can anyone help?

    Did you go down the drain or the overflow? You can try to pull with more leverage but be very careful if you have PVC drains.

I rented the large electric snake to clean the roots out of the pipe and the snake is now stuck. I have rented the snake before and have been very successful never had this problem. Any ideas.
