    Probation violation.
    My boyfriend got 4 years probation, after just being released in April. He has a criminal record, but this is his first time violation this probation, he failed to appear to see him PO. As they issued a warrant. I'm pregnant 4 months, and I was wondering how much time could this hold...

    They will not care about his criminal record. If he was on probation before and did OK, that may help.

    The reason why he missed will be real important, and most likely if he passes the drug test they are likely to give him when they pick him up.

    He can get 4 years, but most likely they will hold him a few weeks, have a hearing and put him back on probation.
