    Question about TN work visa
    Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen working in the US under a TN work visa, which I have held and renewed multiple times since 2001. The last time I went to the border to renew this, the border patrol agent told me that the TN visa was only meant for short term use, and that he was marking in my file that it should not be renewed next year.

However, all of the online research I have done on government immigration sites indicate that there is no limit to how many times it can be renewed.

Who's right? Should I be worried?

There is no limit on TN visa... the officer might be confused with H or L visas
