Need help I have an 18 year old daughter that has had a great life till she met a boy and his troubled friends, she got into drugs trouble with the law and dropped out of school. We have given so many chances and help risking my own well being and coudnt help,counseling, our church etc... cannot think of what we haven't. She move 2 months ago to another city and I thought it would be a great change but it didn't turn out that way she started stripping and now a pimp took her out of state and is physically hurting her, forcing her things I don't want to think of and god knows only she is trapped thousands of miles away she don't want to come home afraid of a warrant, got away from the pimp has a new job but know this money won't cut it compared to stripping please give me some advice I can't handle this
I want my girl back so bad but afraid of going back to her old lifestyle my husband her dad and only child is crushed and beyond chances he cries all the time and I think he is going though a breakdown, our marriage is strong after 20 years thank you god but I feel I cannot get him even back

Sorry this happened to you but legally she is an adult and unless you can prove she is a great threat to herself or others... you won't get the courts to step in...

If you can prove the physical harm thing then call the cops... Pimps don't hire strippers... but they do hire hookers, yes I know that's far... far worse.

Don't blame yourselves for this... good parents have this happen all too often... She made the decision and all you can do it hope one day she wakes up and see's what she's been doing...

If she seeks help... real help be there for her... but don't just send money... make returning and seeking help YOU provide for her as a condition.
