    Florida eviction notice
    My boyfriend has been living with me in my rented apartment for 3 years. The lease is in my name. He has stopped working and is not contributing anything to the household. I have asked him to leave and he won't. How can I have him evicted or is there an easier solution.

    No the formal eviction is the only way, and really the easiest way to do this.

    You can give him written notice at least 15 days before the end of the rental period. If he still refuses to vacate, then you have to go to court for an eviction order.
