Remove name from deed after reverse mortgage
My parents had a reverse mortgage on their home and it has been 3 years since they lived at that home (Dad passed away and Mom has severe dementia).

How do I get their name removed from the deed so that Mom can qualify for Medicaid?

    Thanks!

Have you tried calling the insurance company to see how to have them take ownership of the house? Be aware that if you do this your mother will no longer receive regular payments like she is now - are you sure you want to do that?
