My boyfriend of two and half years left me we were living together for a year. The first five months of living together was great we got along well. Then we started fighting after that. I suggested counselling and he agreed so we went to one session together and he wanted to go again. We were in the process of looking for a new place are lease was up so we had to move. We went to look at apartments but we disagreed on wanting to live in the same area. I wanted to live in the suburbs he wanted to live downtown close to work. So I said meet me half way and he agreed to move where I suggested. After looking at places to move into and filling out application for an apartment he left me.I was sitting at home and at the time I was going through severe depression. I decided to call and text him to let him know how I was feeling. He was usually quick to get back to me or would text. This time he did not call or text me immediately in my gut I felt as if something was wrong. He called and said we need to talk I responded to say " What is going on just say it". He said " I am not happy and will be moving downtown. I was shocked after looking for places and agreeing on trying to work on are relationship he does this. I hung up the phone and I did not want to meet him to talk about it. The answer was quite evident. I packed everything I owned and moved it into storage. I am now living at home and very sad!

He text me for the first couple weeks about moving things and are cat. Then for two week he did not want to talk as he knew I was upset. I did not text or call him and he eventually text me. He wanted us to go on a date but I did want to see him I needed time to think about things especially after everything I was not going to run to him. We ended up meeting for coffee he was all over me. He wants to work on things and we both have agreed to try to see how things go. I asked him when we could make the decisions of living together again he said when things change and we get along. He told me how he lives close to his friend and he makes him dinner four night a week. This is a guy friend of his and about his small apartment seem like he likes it.

He wants to take me out for dinner this week and I said I would go. He then asked if I wanted to stay over night. I am not rushing into anything with him and I told him I need to take things slow and it will help are relationship lol. He said do you want to come and stay over the next week. I am not ready and will not run to him with open arms. He says he also wants help me out as I am not working. I do not want his help.

He constantly text me he loves me and said he will try anything to make this work. But I don't know what to believe he say's one things and does the other like moving out. Should I give up on this relationship and move on. I truly do love this guy but I do not want to put myself through any more hurt. Especially if I believe that we are going to work on things and he will move in with me in three months and it does not happen. Please help!! :(((
