My husband kicked me and my two small girls out of our home two months ago. He is now living with another woman but is trying to play me at the same time. He left us with no job no education and he isn't paying me hardly any money to take care of these kids.

He quit paying for my vehicle so I'm about to be stranded as well. I'm having our third child in 3 weeks. He wants me to let him take the girls to our old home and stay with him and his girlfriend for the weekend.

We are not divorced. Can I get awarded temporary custody and not have to let him take the kids? He told me in a text the woman he is with scares him but he doesn't want to leave because he doesn't know what she would do. I don't want my 1yr old and 2 yr old around that.

You need to file for both divorce and custody. Ask for both child support and spousal support in your application. Get the process going right away so your not left with anything to help you.
