    My 1995 honda civic has issues
    The car needs a boost to start then once started it has horrible idle an sputters to stay alive then dies. If I try an give it gas I get no response at all from throttle. I've got a few ideas to what it may be but could use some help

    . Install a new battery, after the auto parts store charges it first, and clean the battery terminals and cable connections.

    . Install a new Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, located inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. This is the ideal time to install a new distributor cap and rotor, if they have not been replaced in 60,000 miles.

    This should solve your problem.
