Any ideas ?

I have a TV Sharp model CA26S10 and the problem is when I turn of the TV either by the remote or by the panel, there is only the sound that goes off. The image still on.
If the cable box is on I can change the channel and see it even if the TV is off only the sound is off. If my cable box is off the screen is very light blue.

It look like there is a relay somewhere in the TV that doesn't do is job for the video signal, it turn off only the audio signal.

Any ideas ?

I had the same problem with another TV, not sure of what is wrong, but an easy fix is to plug the TV into the back of the cable box and when you turn off the cable box it would cut power to the TV as well
