Hello I am trying to recall an cartoon film I use to watch when I was very young I was born in the 90s so assuming that would be when the film was showing cause that when I watched it lol. If anyone could help me rediscover this children film I will be over the moon! I only remember very little! But here goes :)
-a girl with blond hair tied back. Wearing a blue dress with apron.
-the girl sits on a wooden chair or a wooden rocking chair. As she sits down on chair or about to get up from the wooden chair the chair itself straps all the girls limps down so she can't escape.
-i defo remember at one point of the film (sure it was near the beginning of the film) it was raining and the girl is running or walking on a bridge of some sort.
-i remember seeing a little house or a cottage with a beautiful garden
-there was another odd character. All I remember of this one was he was not human I think he was made of wood? And he was very hyper/loud I think I remember could be wrong but the odd character was against a tree in the beautiful garden .
