    Replacing the IAC valve and cleaning the throttle plate on 2001 honda accord. May car idles at around 400 rpms. At a stop and when clutch is depressed.

    It sounds like you need to increase the idle rpm, by adjusting the throttle cable. Loosen the inside 12mm jamb nut and tighten the outside 12mm nut on the throttle bracket, until the idle speed registers 700 rpm.
