    HELP! Late period!
    Okay so I haven't had sex since before my last period, but I'm 2 days late according to my period tracker app. I got saved and put a stop to sex before my last period so I'm not sure what's happening. I feel bloated and cramping and like I'm about to start any minute but only discharge. I eat healthy and exercise pretty regularly so is there anything that can make me start my period now?

    Being late for a few days or even a week, isin't abnormal. This could be due to a lot of things like stress... It doesn't mean your pregnant!
