In Tulsa Ok, a woman back in Dec 2011 had a man arrested for domestic violence, she claimed to have been pregnant and that the man hit her in the stomach and caused her to lose her baby. However, the woman had a hysterecomy a few years ago. The man was arrested twice, in December the charges were dismissed, but in May the woman went to the DA and pressed to have the man recharged. The matter went to jury trial and now everyone is finding out that the woman lied and the severity of her lies. She was ordered by the judge to get the medical papers from her hysterecomy and return to court. She failed to do so.
Is it very likely that the DA will press charges against her? What charges can be pressed against her, and can the man press charges on her since he went to jail 2 times cause of her lies?
