    I am a week late and been really tired my lower back is killing me and if I move in weird ways or sneeze I have this feeling in my stomach so am I pregnant

    We cannot diagnose pregnancy based on symptoms, only body fluids such as urine or blood.

    If you haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, I would recommend you do so using first morning urine.
