Infection in my leg just under my knee
I went to the doctor and he confirmed I had an infection in my leg just under my knee, he gave me Flucloxacillin to take for two weeks. During this time the infected area started to blister with puss coming out of the area. I've taken all the dead skin off and cleaned the puss away. Now what's the best thing I can do to keep it clean?

If you've taken all the medication prescribed and still have issue than please see your doctor. We don't know your medical history, and advising you take anything, or use anything, would be irresponsible.

As for the infected knee, you need to go back to the doctor and ask this question. An infection in your leg is a serious thing and you don't want to be messing with it as you have described. Normally debreeding and draining an infection should be done by a doctor or a nurse under the direction of a doctor in a sterile manner to avoid spreading the infection or making it worse.

At least call the doctor on the phone and ask.
