    Doctor manipulating a bipolar patient
I have written countless emails to a doctor describing alcoholism as seen in the doctors sister. The doctors sister lives with the bipolar patient. The doctor ignores the true purpose of the research, and uses it against both the alcoholic sister and the bipolar patient. The net result is the doctor does not help the sister. The bipolar patient was trying to help and is just being used. What legal action can be addressed?
