If you were under 18 when you lost the kids n rights haven't been terminated for a year is it possible to get your children or even your fitness back?

If you rights have not been terminated, then there is a chance of getting your children back. Other than that, we can't really advise further without knowing more details like where you are, why were the children removed, how old are you now, where the children are now etc.

If your rights were terminated, it is unlikely you can get them back. However if they are in the foster system, there is a SLIM chance. You will need an attorney to fight for your rights. You will need your caseworker to give you a list of things that you can do to show you can care for your children. You have to show that you can do so.
It will take time and a hard fight and you may still lose.

You are asking us to give you an answer that we can't. We can only advise you what you can do.
As far as finding a lawyer, try woman's support groups, legal aid, etc.
Have you spoken to your caseworker, what have they told you.
