I've had seizures since I was 13. They started as grand-mal, then changed to simple black outs. I haven't had any in a good long while. I even have my drivers license. Last month, I started having small black outs and was running a fever of 100. Starting Sunday, I did the same thing. There was about 3 weeks between the two occurrences. I still have my ovaries but had a nova sure done in October 2009. Could the two be related? I'm 39, will be 40 in January. My grandmother and mother both went through menopause when they were in their 50's to 60's. My husband believes that I am ovulating causing the temperature and blackouts. Any ideas on what this could be?

Something far different then just ovulating and you should not be driving with blackouts, but probably not telling you anything new.

We can't diagnose or recommend here and suggest you seek medical attention before it reverts to grand mals again.
