    Spotting with nausea and vomiting
    HI a couple of weeks ago I had spotting with nausea and vomiting. I have a sore back and pain in my vaginal area. I constantly have to urinate and have trouible sleeping.I am always tired and have no energy. Sometimes the smell or sight of something makes me gag.
