    Great!

Legally, In four months, you CAN leave!

Just make sure you have a job lined up so that you can work 8-12 hours a day and come home and still be the only one to clean. You'll need to be able to pay rent, pay electric, water, sewer, garbage, phone and possibly gas as well. You'll need to be able to pay your own car insurance and gas or plan on public transportation.

Make sure you plan your meals in advance so that you can use coupons to save money when you do your own grocery shopping. It helps if you know how to cook, because even though it will take more time, it's less expensive than just using processed foods or eating out.

Do you feel adult enough yet to do that?

Personally, I would treat you like a child too--you're acting like one. How about TALKING to your dad about spending more time together? How about focusing on your schoolwork so that you can graduate with a high enough GPA to be accepted to a good college? You don't want to leave. You just don't want to face the fact that you have responsibilities in your household--JUST like you'll have responsibilities as an adult.
