    I want to dye my hair but I permed it last month
    Well I always a month before perming my hair over again but ,its beeen since last month on the 9 when I permed and now I want to bleach it or dye it can I do that?

    You permed it 30 days ago, and now you want to bleach or dye it. No, I don't advise that if you want to keep your hair.
