How to give 30 days notice
I have a question, I am looking for a new place to live and its been a little difficult. I have not given 30 day notice yet because Im having a hard time finding a place. If I pay my rent for the month and find a place say on the 15th and can move in right away, am I entitled to a refund? Next question is how do you give 30 day notice if you haven't found a place yet and most places I have found will hold a place for one week only. I don't see how a tenant can give a 30 day notice. PLEASE HELP I can't AFFORD TO PAY RENT FOR TWO PLACES AT A TIME
