Is the employee responsible for taxes on overtime wages when its paid as per diem?
Actually I have a few questions pertaining to this topic.
    1. Can overtime (non-travel) wages be paid through a per diem account?
    2. Is the employee responsible for taxes? If so, how does one account for it on their tax form?

If it helps, I and the company are both located in NYS.

I have researched the info on the net. However I only found conflicting answers.
