    Laundry room light
    When I took the light fixture apart,I found it was hooked to two white wires.The blacks have been bent over and taped.What type of hook-up is this?There are two separate wires coming in, each having a black and white wire.

    I suspect one white is hot from a switch, and the other is the actual neutral.
