Can I sue my husbands mistress
My husband had an affair and the mistress refused to leave my family alone. I ended up having a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized for it, as well as temporarily lost custody of my son. She knew ahead of time that I was emotionally "unstable" and battling depression, and yet did not cease & desist contact with my spouse.
