    My sons dad wants to take me to court to see our 9 year old he hasn't seen him for months and doesn't pay any money towards him will he gat access?

    Yes, if you want to get the support payments that you are owed and curtail access.

    I am not bothered about getting any money from him my son is adamant that he doesn't want to see him. Will he be forced to?

    Unless you can prove him a danger to the child, he is likely to be awarded some level of visitation.
