    Fraud
    Someone has a warrant for fraud and counterfeit. They want to know is there a time limit if he don't turn himself in( Florida)

    No time limit. Statute of limitations only applies to taking legal action (in his case, serving the warrant), not in bringing someone to justice. Hiding out will not help. Finding a lawyer might.
