I need a new family - anyone out there want me to be their MOM?
I have love, time and lots of effort to be helpful to some other adult child. I do not want to be manipulated or played with. I was thinking of joing Big Brothers - Big Sisters since adoption is out for me.

Check at area middle and high schools regarding tutoring, and at public libraries for children's department volunteering.

Great idea, I love children and I love to read to them. I am a sewer and scrapbooker and hand crafter too. I like to keep active.

Libraries are always looking for adult and children's program ideas. Take some of your work and show the library's program coordinator (call ahead to make an appt). I used to be a coordinator, and for a craft program, would sign people up for x number of workshops so the attendees could make their own whatever. The program leader usually gets paid too.
