    I want to become pregnant again
    I am a 28 year old with two children and I want to become pregnant again me and my husband have been trying for about 1 year six month I have been getting my period every month, about two years ago I had a miscarriage, since than we had no luck, I am not sure if I am even ovulating…. Any suggestions? I have also tried a ovulation timetable with no luck

    If you're getting a period each month, there is a good chance you are ovulating, though that's not for sure.

    Discard the ovulation timetable. Those are simply based on a guess of when you "might" be ovulating. The best way to find out for sure is to book a "preconception appointment" with your doctor who can determine if you are ovulating properly. Its also possible that they can arrange for a simple SA (semen analysis) for your husband.

    If you don't want to visit a doctor, you can get "OPK's" (ovulation predictor kits) at any major drug store or online. They are similar to pregnancy tests where you pee on a stick to check for ovulation hormones to help you time intercourse.
