    Lack of energy in teenager
I'm a 15 year old girl. My mom and I have both been noticing a lack of energy in me recently. I will get at least 7 hours of sleep (usually 8-10) and I've been napping 3-4 days a week for at least 3-5 hours. I have been diagnosed with different things, but I doubt they have a whole lot to do with my energy levels. I was diagnosed with Juvinial Rumitoid Arthritis in 5th grade. I struggle with seasonal allergies year round (I take zertec D almost daily. I'm also hoping to get allergy tested soon.) I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis a number of years ago as well. I have struggled with depression and more recently fibromyalgia symptoms. But I sincerely feel that there has to be something else causing this. I'm so tired ALL the time. I'm hoping to go to the doctor soon, but I'm hoping I might get some insight here. Thank you!

Are all these diagnoses ones you and your mom have made? You could be chronically anemic and need more iron in your system. I was severely anemic (and hospitalized -- thought I had fibromyalgia) three years ago, and your symptoms of no energy and sleepiness and no appetite are similar to mine from back then.

Time to see a doctor and get a blood test done.
