    Balancing the Petty Cash
    I just balanced my petty cash and found out that my expenses exceeded the actual amount and I ended up with a negative. I need to be refunded the amount and I need your help?

    The way petty cash usually works is there is an imprest, a specific fund out of which expenses are paid, and the fund is reimbursed to reinstate the imprest. If you overspend the imprest than obviously you must recover the full amount and reimburse the imprest
