    Leaking bathtub
    Hello help desk,

Over the past few weeks we have experienced dampness on the carpet leading toward the bathroom. I noticed this after children would take a bath.

Originally, I thought it was caused from spalshing etc.. However lately I noticed that when we let the water out to drain, water was coming out from underneath the bath tub onto the floor.

Now there is a continuously stream of water from underneath the tub when draining both showers & bath. ( Actually bath's have been discontinued until I can get this fix.)

FYI... We are on a slab and this is the only bathroom.

    Any ideas

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Leaking bathtub
Open up the access hole behind the tub drain and check the connections of the tub shoe, (tub drain) to the tee and the connection from the tee to the trap and let me know what you find. Look for signs of moisture and track it back to the source. Best of luck, Tom

Hi. Recently, we had a problem with our upstairs bathroom. I think one of our kids may have pushed a small plastic toy down the bathtub plughole. Now, when the toilet flushes, water fills to the brim and slowly goes down. Any attempts to plunge the toilet results in brown "toilet" water backing up...
