I am 41 yrs old and the past few months I have become extremely horny. I have had my hormones tested and all is perfect still. Another possibility is an irritated nerve, rare, but I have a perpetually irritated nerve that runs obliquely down my side to the left side of my pubic area, not quite hitting the clitoris but very close, and I can appreciate what you are going through, because I am 'aware' all the time of uncomfortable feelings. The trouble is that your body has countless nerves, and unless it's a major one off the spine (and not even then sometimes) it's hard to get it diagnosed. Mine turned out to be from the sacral nerve, which wraps around from the back. I'm still living with the irritation although a chiropractor helped a lot. Yours could be from an organ or muscle that is out of place and is pressing on a nerve. Uterus pressing on bladder etc. See if you can find a detailed map of nerves of the pubic region.

Thank you for your response. I'm not on any medication or gone off any. I did however hurt my back earlier in the year. Had a pinched nerve and got so bad I could barely get out of bed without assistance. I will Google a diagram on nerve endings. My doctor prescribed tablets to lower my libido but they didn't help except for stopped me from climaxing. That is why I know its not the case of the mind is erotic. Thank you for your assistance.
